Snir Zano

CEO · 95percent.ai  |  Co-Founder & CEO · AID Genomics  |  Co-Founder & CEO · Screenbites

Snir Zano joined AID Group in 2017 and co-founded AID Genomics in 2019 as its CEO. He assumed the position of CEO of AID Group in 2022 to lead its transformation into the AI-native economy. Prior to AID Group, Snir was Chairman and CEO of Zano Worldwide Inc., a global consultancy in cybersecurity and telecom. His foundational training came through Israel's military service, specialising in software and networking. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Be'er Sheva, Israel.

Snir is the architect and integrator of AID Genomics' high-throughput PCR testing infrastructure — orchestrating the setup of six labs for the Israeli Ministry of Health in 45 days and establishing a 100,000-tests-per-day mega lab. He is the inventor of the Babba Tube, a device that substantially increases PCR testing efficiency. In February 2023, he led the acquisition of Better Global and rapidly turned around its insolvency situation as Chairman.

Today, Snir is spearheading AID Group's transformation into an AI-native organisation. In 2025, he co-founded 95percent.ai and Screenbites, the group's flagship AI ventures, driving the integration of artificial intelligence across AID Group's portfolio companies, investment thesis, and operating infrastructure. Under his leadership, AI is no longer a vertical within AID — it is the foundation of everything the group builds.
