Project V Flagship

An AI multi-agent network that lets any user build custom software agents through voice and natural language — no engineering background required. Like Jarvis in Iron Man, Project V is designed to democratise AI development at scale.

Project White House Niseko AI Economy

The world's first AI-native economy, starting in Niseko. The strategy: acquire the dominant property management system (90% market share), secure the data layer, then build AI portals for customer acquisition and bookings across the entire region.

Project Bites Video AI

The first long-form video production platform harnessing advanced short-form text-to-video and image-to-video generation. A proprietary consistency engine for Hollywood-grade films and Netflix-grade anime at a fraction of traditional production cost.

Project Re-Star Gaming AI

Transforming Star Girl (65M+ downloads) into an AI-native game in collaboration with Virtual Call (1M copies sold in Japan). Paired with plug-and-play hardware for in-house model training — a vertically integrated AI gaming ecosystem.

Project Japan Lucky Short

Lucky Dramas: 5M+ downloads. "Watch & Earn" model with 1,000+ series. Free-to-watch with rewards. Developed by AID Japan Co., Ltd.

REMOW × Japanese IP Short Drama: Leveraging REMOW's network and Coamix manga catalogue to produce live-action short dramas targeting global distribution. Where domestic platforms concentrate on sensational romance, AID's slate leads with uniquely Japanese genres — horror, psychological suspense, and mystery — that travel internationally. Titles in development include manga-based adaptations ranked #1 on LINE Manga, works with 150M+ LINE views, and a Yoshihiro Nishimura-directed horror production already streaming on BUMP. Rather than releasing exclusively on domestic platforms, the strategy maximises revenue through multi-platform, non-exclusive global rollout.

Project Star Call

Fashion role-playing mobile game with 65M+ downloads worldwide. Majority owned by AID Group through subsidiary Complete Star. Now evolving into an AI-native game via Project Re-Star in collaboration with Virtual Call (1M copies sold in Japan).

Project Station

AID Group's strategy to build a scalable hotel and villa management business across Niseko and Hokkaido. The group has already acquired a 40-room station hotel and is in active discussions to take on additional villas and residential apartment buildings. Property management is being developed as a core pillar of AID Japan — combining operational excellence with AI-powered guest services to create a distinctive, tech-enabled hospitality platform in one of the world's fastest-appreciating ski resort markets.

Project visit4eat

AID Group is actively expanding its F&B footprint across Niseko with the goal of becoming the region's largest dining operator — achieving the scale of economy needed to deliver consistently superior food and service across all venues. Current and incoming partners include:

  • A Hong Kong restaurant group partnering to open 3 restaurants in Hirafu
  • A high-end Japanese restaurant chain opening 2 restaurants in the region
  • A Tokyo sushi chef joining to open a dedicated sushi venue
  • The Cantonese restaurant at The 1898 Niseko branching out a second location at the Station Hotel
  • Existing venues including Wagyu Tsubaki Bettei and multiple dining concepts across Niseko

By consolidating this portfolio under AID Japan, the group can centralise procurement, staffing, and operations — driving down costs while raising the quality ceiling across every venue.

Project Landmark

AID Group strives to become one of the top 10 property developers in Niseko — building landmark developments that define the region's next chapter of growth. Our current pipeline spans four sites across Hokkaido:

Ando Village — A 50,000 sqm estate featuring 12 villas designed by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando, anchored by a 1,000 sqm wellness clubhouse. One of the most architecturally significant residential projects in Japan.

Niseko Riverside — A 38,000 sqm riverside landholding along the Shiribetsu and Makkari rivers, being developed for infrastructure and luxury subdivision.

Rusutsu — In a stralth mode, earmarked for 50–60 luxury villas. The only planned ski-in/ski-out development in the Rusutsu region.

Kutchan Downtown — Four buildings across 1,000 sqm of land with 2,500 sqm GFA, strategically positioned in central Kutchan with 80–100% upside potential as the town urbanises ahead of the 2030 Hokkaido Shinkansen opening.

Project Yotei Calls

Niseko is one of the world's most compelling real estate markets — yet for foreign investors, navigating Japan's legal, tax, and regulatory landscape remains a formidable barrier. Project Yotei Calls is AID Group's mission to bridge that gap: connecting global investors with the right opportunities, and guiding them through every step of the process.

Through our licensed brokerage Yoteizanka Fudosan and a curated network of intermediary partners, we offer a fully integrated suite of services — real estate agency, investment consulting, legal counsel, tax advisory, HR, and immigration compliance. Our team combines international professionalism with deep local knowledge of the Niseko and broader Hokkaido market.

From value hunting and deal negotiation to post-acquisition management, our goal is simple: to serve everyone who wants to invest in Niseko, and to make that investment as seamless and rewarding as possible.

Project HBOC — Human Body Optimization Center

Niseko is not just a ski destination — it is becoming AID Group's living laboratory for the future of human longevity. Project HBOC is our plan to establish a world-class Human Body Optimization Center in Niseko: a science-backed, AI-powered wellness clinic where guests begin a lifelong journey toward optimal health.

Aging is inevitable, but how we age is within our control. HBOC's philosophy is built on five continuous loops: assess → plan → treat in-clinic → intervene out-of-clinic → monitor — because health optimization is not a one-time event.

Advanced Diagnostics

Every HBOC programme begins with the most comprehensive health assessment available. Multi-omics analysis covers whole genome sequencing (cancer, cardiovascular, neurodegeneration, and nutrition panels), epigenetic biological age clocks (PhenoAge, GrimAge, DunedinPACE, GlycanAge), metabolomics, hormonal and inflammatory profiling, and gut microbiome diversity analysis. This is paired with full-body MRI, DEXA and 3D body composition scanning, coronary artery calcium scoring, carotid ultrasound, and cardiopulmonary fitness testing including VO2 Max.

Personalised Interventions

Assessment findings directly drive a personalised intervention plan — both in-clinic and ongoing. In-clinic treatments include physiotherapy, chiropractic care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and stem cell supernatant protocols. Out-of-clinic programmes deliver curated nutrition and exercise plans, evidence-based supplementation (including medicinal plant compounds, rapamycin for APOE4 patients, personalised probiotics, and validated anti-aging supplements), and continuous real-time monitoring via smart mattresses, wearable rings and watches, and intelligent garments tracking ECG, HRV, core temperature, posture, and glucose.

Innovating for Longevity

Beyond clinical services, HBOC is building an R&D pipeline in senescence imaging and senolytics — developing imaging technology to detect aging cells and collaborating with universities worldwide on next-generation anti-aging therapies, including personalised immuno-conjugates and anti-aging vaccines. Our vision: to make proactive, personalised longevity medicine the standard, not the exception.
